I am thrilled to be invited to participate in COCA's 2nd Annual Art Show and Fundraiser. The goal of this event is to raise awareness of ovarian cancer. I am honored to help raise funds for this cause and show my work alongside some amazing artists. The show will be on Thursday, February 9, from 5:30- 7:30 at the Mile High Banks Building. In February and March I will have a piece in a holiday show at Framed Image in the Cherry Hills area of Denver. The theme will be "The Red Show," celebrating Valentine's Day. The show consists of art from many beautiful artists, painting their own unique subject matters and in their own styles. It should be a beautiful space to walk into! The show will run February 13 through March 26.
If you are looking for a great breakfast place, stop by Breakfast on the Edge in Edgewater. They have a great rotating art display and have a few of my paintings displayed. Please tell the owner, Norman, I said Hello.
I am still working with the theme "Up in the Air." Looking back at my work, I realized I don't paint much of anything that is anchored to the ground, and am having fun playing with the idea. I am also happy to do custom pieces, so if you have something in mind, let me know.
